Findings.....

The findings I have found from my research begin with - Time Management, Business Skill and Communication.

For the development of a Dance Teacher the skill of Critical Thinking was found. The method for Critical thinking was to use a Journal for Self Reflection.

Overall, these skill and attributes were suggested as exceptionally necessary for a Dance Teacher, however a conclusion of where they originate, e.g. University or Practice, still remains unanswered.
It is also taken into consideration that these specific skills are not unique to Dance Teaching, which I have realised.

With my chosen main audience as Students, I would like to show them my responses from a group of students, and that if they are considering a career in teaching, then this may help. However, I do feel this could also benefit them in everyday life and developing a career, as students are constantly growing and learning, they have the opportunity to start learning these skills from an earlier age. This is one of the reasons for using a Blogging tool to display my results. For access anywhere.
